 Funding the next generation of taxpayers' college education :
Our mission is to educate our elected representatives and pass legislation for college loans of $20,000 per year for every college student, up to $80,000 for a Bacherlor's degree, $40,000 more for a Master's degree, and $40,000 more for a doctorate.  These loans will be repaid after college by a 10% surcharge on the graduate's income taxes.  Parents' contributions are limited to 2% of income per year per student to a maxium of 5%.  (Funded by private investors as an expansion to the federally chartered Sallie Mae, this program will require no new taxes for non-students and cause no increase of the federal deficit.)

The statistics that count:

Universal college financing would add approximately two million more students to our nations colleges.  Students whose average lifetime earnings will be almost one million dollars more than high school graduates.  Students who will pay a lifetime average of $330,000 more than high school graduates.  Students who will generate gross domestic product to keep our nation competitive and pay for the next generation's Social Security and Medicare.
