4 work-from-home positions: Eastern Pa, Philadelphia, S.NJ and N.NJ

Part Time or Full Time.

$55,000 to $100,000 short term potential - Commission

Potential to develop recurring six figure revenue.

Ideal candidate must have:

valid driver's license and vehicle
able to meet at our Cherry Hill, NJ, office twice each month
basic computer skills
a home computer or laptop with internet access
excellent English grammar as much of your communications will be via email and telephone
professional appearance and polished communication skills

Also helpful:

A NJ or PA homeowner with a history of paying their property taxes

Founded in 1982, RCG has earned and maintained an A+ rating by the BBB. Our subsidiary, the Franklin Property Tax relief Group, LLC, develops qualified homeowner leads for our law firm client.

The Job at a Glance: Our Business Development Reps recruit qualified homeowner leads for local law firms who appeal residential property taxes on commission. Conforming with PA & NJ law, these firms pay for qualified leads whether or not those leads become clients and whether or not the attorneys are successful in winning their cases.

While some of your activity will be to recruit homeowners, you will also be calling on title companies, real estate agencies, and others to enable them to recommend our services to their customers. This in turn can develop repeatable business accounts.

What We Are Looking For/Elements of the Job:

1-2 years sales or business development experience
Phone sales experience is a plus but not a requirement
We want to work with money-motivated go getters who are confident in their ability to succeed.
You must love talking to people, as this job requires you to be on the phone constantly. You will spend your time making contact and building relationships with home owners and business owners in your territory.
The job is to recruit interested leads and interested businesses, not to make sales of any kind.
We are looking for someone who loves a challenge. - While our firm is long established and our law firm client practicing for more than 16 years, this is a dramatic expansion of their business.
